JUNE CHALLENGE

This Challenge is open worldwide to all individuals who wish to showcase their creativity with AI generated images.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

The Challenge must be entered via digiaiswag.com.  You must fill out the Challenge Entry Form.

Only one entry per challenge per email will be accepted.

Submissions will be accepted via digiaiswag.com starting at 12:00 am on June 12, 2024 and ending at 12:00 am June 28, 2024.

You will be notified by email when we receive your AI generated Challenge  image.

Images must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or explicit content.

By participating, the Participant ('You') agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.  In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of digiaiswag as final and binding as it relates to the content of our monthly challenges.

Each participant can submit only one AI-generated image per challenge.  AI generated images must be original and created by the participant using an AI image generation tool of their choice.  

Any AI generated images of celebrities is prohibited.

By entering this Challenge, You understand and agree that digiaiswag licensees, successors and assignees shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your AI generated image entry, for news, publicity, information, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without any  compensation, notice, review, or consent. 

You represent and warrant that your AI generated image entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party proprietary or intellectual property rights.

If your AI generated image entry infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of digiaiswag.

If the content of your AI generated image entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claim.  You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless digiaiswag from and against any suit, proceeding, claims liability loss damage costs or expense which digiaiswag may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.

By entering the Challenge, participants grant digiaiswag the right to use their AI generated images for promotional purposes.

Digiaiswag is not responsible for any technical failures during the submission process.

Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules.

This Challenge Giveaway is open to individuals who wish to showcase their creativity with AI generated images and are legal residents of the 50 United States.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. 

The Giveaway must be entered via digiaiswag.com.  You must fill out the Giveaway Entry Form for the Giveaway and all information requested.

One entry from each challenge submitted with prompts and AI generated tools used will be chosen at random to receive our $25.00 gift card prize.

The Winner (s) will be selected randomly by any member of the digiaiswag staff.  If chosen, the Winner will receive a confirmation email and said winner's AI generated image (s) will be posted on all our social media platforms within 10 days of that month's challenge closing date.

Winner will be notified by email within ten days following selection of Winner. 

Digiaiswag shall have no liability for winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for winners provision of incorrect or other wise non-functioning contact information.

If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days, from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. 

Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Any violation of these official rules by winner  will result in winner's disqualification as winner of the Giveaway and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.  

PRIZE

The winner (s) of the Challenge Giveaway (the 'Winner') will receive a  $25 gift card to either Dunkin Donuts or Walmart.  The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by digiaiswag.  The prize is nontransferable.  Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of digiaiswag.  No substitution of prize or transfer/ assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for digiaiswag to use Winner's entry form information such as first name, AI generated image, prompts and AI generated tool used for purposes of advertising on our social media platforms  without further compensation.

In order to be eligible for the Challenge Giveaway you must submit the prompts and AI generated tools used to create your AI generated image.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. 

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. and  is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
